Tamara is an AMAZING Agent and will far exceed all your expectations! She definitely puts customer service at the top of her priority list! If you've had experience with other agents you will understand why I say she will exceed all your expectations and if this is your first experience with a Real Estate agent she will probably ruin you from ever being able to find anyone half as good at their job as she is.
Tamara was our agent when we bought and built our first house in TN back in 2012/2013. She was the first person to respond to our email (but not the only one) and the first one that continued the contact as we had more questions before first meeting to look at homes. Tamara is very knowledgeable about the market and will tell you everything she thinks will be best for you according to your situation and the market. She will answer all your questions with 100% honesty! During the build of our house Tamara took tedious notes during every meeting with the builder so there was never a question about what was really discussed and the builder could never change a price of an add on because she had the original number somewhere in her notes! Tamara will walk you through the process from beginning to end and always tell you what to expect next. We were never given the run around and we never had to wait on answers for any questions or concerns. There were never any surprises!
Tamara will make you feel like you are her only customer. I've had experiences with several other realtors in TN as well as AZ and I have NEVER come across one that provides the level service that Tamara does.
